Services · For consequential systems
We automate the work and engineer the control.
Four disciplines, shaped by building and operating an accounting product of our own. Scope is written, rules come first and proof comes before launch.
AI & workflow automation
We build the pipelines that take a document, an email or a webhook and turn it into a finished record somewhere else, with every step logged. This is the engine behind Odeh Books, offered for your own operations.

Product engineering
End-to-end design and development of mobile apps and web platforms. We own architecture, backend, interface and release, and we ship with test suites that run against the real modules.
- 01iOS apps in SwiftUI with StoreKit subscriptions and Sign in with Apple
- 02Web applications in Next.js and React
- 03Postgres backends on Supabase with row-level security and server-side functions
- 04Bilingual English and Arabic interfaces, right-to-left included
- 05App Store submission, monitoring and iteration
Finance systems & compliance logic
Accounting is a domain, not a feature. We implement double-entry ledgers, tax rules and reporting logic that stand up to an auditor.
- 01Double-entry ledgers with balanced postings and traceable sources
- 02UAE FTA VAT and Saudi ZATCA e-invoicing rules
- 03IFRS-style statements, IFRS 16 lease schedules, deferred revenue
- 04Inventory valuation, landed costs and point-of-sale flows
- 05Atomic invoice numbering and settlement rules enforced server-side
Migrations & integrations
Moving books between systems is where errors hide. We plan the mapping, prove it on a copy and commit only when the trial balance agrees.

- 01Migrations from QuickBooks and FreshBooks
- 02Opening balances from a trial balance or CSV
- 03Account-name mapping that keeps one ledger from silently becoming two
- 04Continuation runs for books that keep moving during the switch
- 05Verification reports before and after commit
Rules before code. Proof before launch.
- 01
Discover
We map the real workflow, the documents involved and where the numbers currently go wrong.
- 02
Model
We write down the rules first: accounts, statuses, permissions, edge cases. The model is reviewed before code.
- 03
Build
Backend first, so the invariants exist before any interface. Clients are thin and untrusted by design.
- 04
Verify
Offline test suites for the accounting and runtime, integration tests against a live project, and a manual walk-through with you.
- 05
Run
We stay on for monitoring, changes in tax rules and the next feature. Nothing is thrown over the wall.
Tools we run in production.
